iTero scanners:
Provide us your login information and we can download the files. Or login, search for patient, click on patient name and desired scan date, click export.
EXPORT TYPE: solid model with low profile base
DATA FORMAT: File per arch (each arch with teeth up)
Click EXPORT
Open file and extract all.
Rename needed files and email STL files to [email protected] and text picture of lab slip to
805-453-3994.
**For all other scanners please make sure to export and send as STL file option with a solid model.
All 3D metal appliances will be returned within a 2.5 week time frame.
